At any time will we have to pay for parts?You will never have to pay for parts that are covered under your contract.
Do you use new parts or refurbished parts?We will use new parts when possible. Parts will either be new or refurbished. (Even the manufacturer will not guarantee ALL new parts) It is in our best interest to replace any part with the highest quality part available due to our uptime guarantee.
How long does it take for the parts to come in and be installed?Parts are shipped overnight. Our warehouse is in Winston Salem, North Carolina so should the need for an “hours delivery” come up, we can deliver same day.
What have you noticed, is the "extra" out of pocket expense in a year?The only expenses extra would be for consumables, and items not covered, like water, mylar, SF6, etc. |
