Hello and best wishes for a Happy and Prosperous 2008 from RS&A!

Here at RS&A, we have been working to put our plans for the New Year into effect. We are calling for even better service for all of our customers in the southeastern United States, along with new products and new services. In order to bring this about, we have divided up our responsibilities to make it easier for us to coordinate our work with you.

To begin with, I have been named CEO and will be devoting my efforts to equipment sales, acquisitions, new products and developing our new strategic alliance.

Pete Cost has been named the Executive Vice President and Driector of Service for RS&A

Many of you already know Pete – he has been working in the Radiation Therapy field since 1991 and here at RS&A as part of the ownership and Service Team since 1998. For those of you who have not met him yet, he will be calling to talk with you soon. Of course, he has a staff of experienced engineers, who have also successfully completed RS&A training courses and are ready to keep your equipment properly maintained to manufacturer’s specifications.

RS&A, Inc. announces it has joined Radiology Oncology Systems, Inc. (ROS) and Acceletronics, Inc. in a strategic alliance to better serve it’s customers in the southeastern US

RURAL HALL, NC, EXTON, PA, SAN DIEGO, CA, – NOV 15th, 2007 – RS&A, Inc. (Radiotherapy Simulators and Accelerators), a southeastern US provider of oncology equipment sales and service, announced today that it has joined in a strategic alliance with Radiology Oncology Systems, Inc. (ROS), an oncology and diagnostic imaging equipment sales and consulting firm, and Acceletronics, Inc., a US provider of oncology equipment service and distributor of new and pre-owned radiotherapy equipment, to market and support the TheraView Electronic Portal Imaging for IGRT (Image Guided Radiation Therapy) and IMRT (Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy) verification. ROS, RS&A, and Acceletronics’ strategic relationship includes the co-marketing of an extensive line of pre-owned and refurbished IMRT and IGRT-equipped linear accelerators, CT and MRI Scanners, and other diagnostic imaging equipment.
